ReGift Exchange Party!

ReGift Exchange Party!

Celebrate bad gifts by regifting them to someone else now...instead of letting them collect dust for 11 months until your next White Elephant Party!

Did your Aunt get you a pair of spa socks or a cheesy porcelain figurine that should stay in the bubble wrap? Perhaps your Mom got you a striped green tie that looks way better in the box? Don't waste your time standing in line to exchange it to get the "now clearance item" $7. Wrap it back up with a pretty bow and bring it down to the brewery.

Drop off your wrapped, now sparkling, "this could be a great gift" on the designated table and grab another unsuspecting bad gift. Who knows...you may like it? Or better yet, it might be one of the gift cards we hid in the mix!

Enjoy a beer and a sandwich, while you and your friends take turns opening your new regifted gift! There are probably a few solid embarrassing holiday family stories that you can't wait to share as well!

Who's in for the fun?

Pints & Pottery: Make-a-Mug

If you get done early and want to keep creating, you have the option of making Christmas ornaments for just $5 each! These make the perfect handmade, affordable gifts! Please be prepared to pay for additional projects using cash or PayPal.

FAQs
Q: Do we make our own pottery or just paint pre-made pieces?
A: You will be creating your own pottery with stoneware clay using the slab handbuilding technique and paint with it underglaze if time permits.

Q: Will we be using a potter's wheel?
A: No, unfortunately it is impossible to transport that many potter's wheels :)

Q: How long will it take to get my pottery back?
A: I typically have a 2-4 week turnaround. When your pieces are finished, I will send you an email and they can be picked up at the same location that the event was held.

FWPinball.com's Selfie Survivor Finals

FWPinball.com's Selfie Survivor Finals

-Qualifying will run from December 10, 2018 to January 12, 2019. Qualifying games will be all machines located at Hop River Brewing Company. Games must be finished and submitted before midnight ET on January 12th.

-Qualifying score submission must be done via a picture (aka a “selfie”) of the score on Matchplay, posted to FWPinball facebook group, or an email to tournament director.

-Top 50% of qualifiers are eligible for the Selfie Survivor Tournament Finals. Finals will be held at Hop River Brewing at 1pm ET on January 13th, 2019.

-The winner of the December FWPinball.com ToPs Tournament will be given a unique one-time-use award in the form of an “immunity pin”. The immunity pin, when used, preemptively prevents its owner from receiving a “strike” or “loss” during a round in the finals. If the winner of the ToPs Tournament doesn’t participate in the finals, it will be initially given to the ToPs Tournament runner-up. If neither participate, the immunity pin will be given to the finals attendee with the highest qualifier seed.

-Use of the immunity pin during finals must be declared to the tournament director after a round has been drawn, but BEFORE the player’s match has been started. For example, no using the immunity pin after having a terrible first two balls on a machine.

-After being used, the immunity pin can be earned by the next participant that enters a high score on a machine during finals tournament play. This can occur multiple times over the course of the finals, but no player may earn the immunity pin more than once.

-Finals format will be determined by number of qualifiers and attendees.

-No bangbacks or death saves are allowed.

-Players should report all machine malfunctions. Should a beneficial malfunction occur (including a ball becoming stuck during multi-ball play), the player must stop play ASAP — they may not take advantage of the malfunction.

-Any player found to be cheating or breaking the rules will be disqualified.

-Any situations not covered by these rules will be handled according to standard PAPA/IFPA Tournament Rules located here: https://www.ifpapinball.com/rules/

-Rulings are at the discretion of the tournament director and are final.
